MFORE’S motive is to help sportspersons play to their potential by training them to overcome anxiety, self-doubt, fear etc., In other words, “We stop the players from stopping themselves”. Tapping into the idea with a unique approach, we conduct foundation programs for coaches and players by introducing key mind skills for improved performance.
We aim to inculcate a culture of mind training where it becomes a part of the athlete’s daily routine. With simple and sustainable strategies, which can be included in their training regime, the athletes are prepared to handle their emotions on and off the field.
Coaches are the guiding force behind an athlete’s career and MFORE identified a need to empower the coaches with an array of tools and techniques related to mind training. Our programs are crafted in a way that enables the coaches to understand and communicate with the athletes better. We strongly believe that influencing a coach can indirectly influence the entire team.

“Having undergone mental conditioning coaching during my playing days, I can vouch that it can bring in a positive difference in the player’s performance.”
– S Badrinath, Former Indian Cricketer
“Mental strength is a very important part of the game. Talent is one thing but you have to be mentally strong for the game, so I worked on improving that more than anything else. What actually makes you stand out is how strong you are before the game and on the field. Badri is doing a wonderful job and I know all his efforts are invested into young people coming forward and expressing their talents on the real stage. Work hard, keep it going and congratulations!”
“As a cricketer, one of the toughest phases in my life was those 3 years I spent resting due to a sports injury, I was struggling, was unsure whether I would come back to play. Three years was a long time to be on a break, I had undergone stress and anxiety myself and in those days I only wished we had programs like Mfore which helped us get back to our lives with mental strength. Badri has started this very good initiative which addresses psychological warfare in the minds of sports personas from a very young age and I wish him all the best on this endeavour.”
“The mental aspect of the game is hugely important. As a broadcaster who has worked around Cricket, Football, and a variety of sports and have had the privilege of watching and analyzing the sport, I can safely say that the mental aspect, especially in Cricket is often neglected and that is why this initiative by Badrinath is hugely significant, it dives into the realm of Indian Sports that hasn’t been threaded before and I wish him all the best in this venture of his.”
“It is very important to train your mind just the way you practice your skills, Mind skill is extremely important if you want to face extreme challenges, handle the pressure. MFore is one such nonprofit organization and is a foundation for sports mind skills, a great initiative created by S.Badrinath and team and I wish him all the very best on his endeavour.”
“The power of the mind is unfathomable. Right from decision-making to continue being ambitious throughout your career, fulfilling the expectations from your team, from your family, from yourself as an individual, to be able to handle the peer pressure, to be able to bounce back from adversities and to be able to handle failures, handling success, recovering from injuries, it all revolves around how you think and what you think. I am glad Badri is doing this initiative with MFore, back in those days, in my career, we had very little professional help. I would like to congratulate Badri and wish him all the best in this path that he has chosen, I am sure it will create an impact in different walks of life. All the best.
